  • For Flash (swf files), ake sure you have the latest Flash Player installed.  Maximize your Window size to see the controller so you can pause, restart, etc.View the wmv videos with Windows Media Player at full size using the latest Windows Media Player.  If video is not smooth,    right click the link and "Save Target As" to download the file.

Lynda.com videos

This semester we will use videos from Lynda.com. The subscriptions begin the second week of class. To subscribe, go to the student login page and enter the class code shown below.

To control the speed on the quicktime movies you can press alt + click (Windows) or control + click (Mac) on the line between the arrows on the bottom right of the movie window.  Dragging the control that pops up to the right will speed up the playback and pulling it back slightly after speeding it up will allow you to slow down playback.  The controls are very very sensitive, so it takes some finesse and practice.
