Assignments
- Hand Coded HTML page - This assignment was a great way to start learning coding and HTML. I was surprised how quickly I caught on to how the coding worked.
- Week 3 practice - For this assignment I learned how to add pictures with a link attached to them so you could see a bigger size of it.
- Week 4 practice - It was great to learn how to link your pages in this assignment. Also, I figured out how to add pictures from the web and link to them as well.
- Week 5 practice - This was interesting. I like being able to change my colors, especially to the links. It is always a surprise to see how your colors turn out!
- Week 6 practice - This was a lot of fun. Learning CSS is tough but very interesting and very cool. I think the more I learn how to use the more fun web page building is going to be.
- Images Lab - In this lab we did resizing of images. We did resizing by just using the mouse and shift key, the crop button, and using the optimize button.
- Graphics Project - In this project I learned how to make titles and buttons in Fireworks. I am pretty excited that I could actually do it because I have never used Fireworks before but I think it is totally amazing!
- Layout_3column.html - This was interesting. It will take some time to remember all the things you can do and change.
- Hobby HTML - This was a big project. I had to redo it once because I messed something up and I could not figure out what it was. This project really helped to figure what style changes what. The big thing I learned with this was as soon as you change something and it works - SAVE IT! Then maybe you won't have to redo the whole page again!
- Listamatic Extra Credit - I learned how to insert HTML and CSS codes into my page. It is really pretty simple once you practice and get the hang of it. I also added some extra stuff on the page...just messing around!
