  • Week 3—Practice creating a two-page website with links, and styling with page properties.
  • Week 4—Inserting images with tags and text, with links to other images and pages.
  • Week 5—Styling pages with CSS, focusing on appearance, using format tags and page properties.
  • Week 6—Creating an external style sheet from one pages set properties, and linking it to other pages.
  • Week 7
    • CSS Layout—Creating div tags and controlling their position and interaction with other tags, by adjusting their CSS properties.

Projects


  • html—Implementing basic structure of html coding to create a simple page with images and links.
  • Graphics Project—Creating a title and button with Fireworks and Photoshop.
  • Hobby Project—Creating a complete page, with navagation and CSS layout, including a footer.
  • Final Project Proposal—Outline and mock-up of Final Project web page.
  • Final Project—Final website, complete with 7 pages, combining elements encompassing all lessons.

  • DW Lesson 1—Familiarization with the Dreamweaver workspace, and some basic html coding.
  • DW Lesson 2—Defining new site settings, and effectively using the files panel to organize site.
  • DW Lesson 3—Inserting, editing, and tagging images. Inserting text and relative links.
  • DW Lesson 4—Creating external style sheets, and using CSS to define some layout elements.
  • DW Lesson 5—Creating layouts using CSS Div tags and apDiv tags.
  • DW Lesson 7—Creating and importing tables, styling with html and CSS, and sorting table data.
  • DW Lesson 8—Customizing workflow and panels.
  • DW Lesson 10—Using templates and Library items to streamline changes and appearance.
  • DW Lesson 12—Creating and styling forms, adding different form elements, and validation behaviors.
