- Hand Coded HTML page: I learned some basic html code for adding text, images
and links to a page that can be pulled up on the internet and I learned how to get
this page to be available on the internet through a remote server.
- Week 3 practice: This was my first experience using Dreamweaver and I was very
confused and frustrated. I wrote some text (changing colors), made a list, and added
a link.
- Week 4 practice: These pages are reflective of hours of practice using Dreamweaver.
- page 1: I added and resized an image and wrote text.
- page 2: I added a background image, text, and a list.
- page 3: I added links within my site and outside my site, and created a name anchor.
- page 4: I added text, an image, and an outside link.
- page 5: I added a background image and color, text, and a list with a name anchor.
- Week 5 practice: Playing with CSS Styles
- Week 6 practice: Practice moving CSS Rules to an external sheet
- Graphics Project: Creating a header and button in Fireworks and adding it to a file in Dreamweaver
- Image Lab: Resizing, cropping, and optimizing images using the property inspector
- CSS Layout: Using divs and standard layout options
- Hobby: Using design principles, I created a prototype main page for a local Israeli dance class
- Final Project Proposal: Redoing an existing website is difficult because I already have an image in my head and have to do lots of research and creative thinking to change this image
- Final Project: Website redo of my artist website creating css, buttons, galleries, and using all the skills I learned this semester in and out of class
